摘要
按照SN/T 1948-2007《进出口食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的检测方法》,采用液相色谱-质谱/质谱法对小甄酒中甜蜜素含量进行测定;依据CNAS-GL006:2019《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》建立数学模型,对影响测量结果的不确定度来源如标准曲线的配制、样品的称量、样品的制备、标准曲线的拟合以及样品测量重复性等因素进行了分析和评定.小甄酒中甜蜜素的含量为0.000348 g/kg时,其含量的扩展不确定度为1.065×10^(-5)g/kg,测定结果不确定可报告为(0.000348±1.065×10^(-5))g/kg(P=95%,k=2).
The content of sweetener in Xiaozhen wine was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry according to SN/T 1948-2007"Determination method of sodium cyclohexylaminosulfonate in imported and exported foods";A mathematical model was established according to CNAS-GL006:2019"Guidelines for the assessment of uncertainty in chemical analysis",and the sources of uncertainty affecting the measurement results,such as the preparation of the standard curve,sample weighing,sample preparation,standard curve fitting,sample measurement repeatability,and other factors were analyzed and evaluated.The extended uncertainty of the content of sweetener in Xiaozhen wine was 1.065×10^(-5)g/kg at 0.000348 g/kg,and the uncertainty of the measurement result could be reported as(0.000348±1.065×10^(-5))g/kg(P=95%,k=2).
