摘要
本文通过同一组高纯度颗粒生态食用盐母盐,从盐浆到成品,在生产过程中因工况磨损,致使颗粒度逐步磨小,而盐品质不变的情况下,在生产线连续抽取三个阶段的样品并制成同一状态下的干盐。详细分析了其粒度对白度测定值的影响,并浅析了产生这种影响的原因。
In this paper,through the same group of high-purity granular ecological edible salt mother salt,from the salt slurry to the finished product,due to the wear of working conditions in the production process,the particle size is gradually reduced,and the salt quality remains unchanged,three stages of samples are selected in the production line and made into dry salt in the same state.The influence of particle size on whiteness measurement value is analyzed in detail,and the causes of this influence are analyzed.
