隐睾的诊断、治疗进展及现状

Development and status of diagnosis, treatment of cryptorchidism

隐睾(undescended testis)是目前临床上较为常见的先天性泌尿系统结构异常疾病。最近,越来越多的研究表明隐睾患者早期治疗,对于隐睾的预后尤为关键。本文主要从激素治疗和手术治疗两个方面出发,就近年国内外隐睾的治疗指南及相关隐睾治疗的文献做一综述,为进一步探究隐睾治疗的时机及方法提供参考。

Undescended testis is a common congenital structural abnormality of urinary system.Recently,more and more studies have shown that early treatment for patients with cryptorchidism is particularly important for the prognosis of cryptorchidism.In this paper,the guidelines for the treatment of cryptorchidism and related literature on cryptorchidism treatment at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed from the two aspects of hormone therapy and surgical treatment,so as to provide reference for further exploration of the timing and methods of cryptorchidism treatment.
