基于微更新的老城区城市设计研究

Research on Urban Design of Old City Based on Micro Renewal

本文针对老城区城市目前存在的问题展开分析,问题包括景观品质相对较低、缺少文化特色、物质功能缺失、道路交通拥堵等,结合基于微更新的老城区城市设计原则,通过科学研究积极引进新产业、推行分区分策规划、做好总量控制工作、循序渐进改造老城区、打造活力公共空间、突显地域文化特色、完善道路交通系统等策略,其目的在于提高老城区城市设计方案的可行性,促进城市经济的可持续发展。

This paper analyzes the existing problems in the old urban areas,including relatively low landscape quality,lack of cultural characteristics,lack of material functions,road traffic problems,and so on.Combined with the urban design principles of the old urban areas based on micro renewal,through scientific research,it actively introduces new industries,promotes regional and separate planning,does a good job in total amount control,and gradually transforms the old urban area,creates dynamic public space,highlights regional cultural characteristics,improves road traffic system and other strategies to improve the feasibility of urban design plan of the old urban area and promote the sustainable development of urban economy.
