齐齐哈尔市高层住宅区停车问题与解决对策研究

Research on Parking Problem and Countermeasures of High-Rise Residential Area in Qiqihar

齐齐哈尔市新建高层住宅区停车矛盾相对较少,但随着城市人口增加,许多高层居住区停车空间日益紧张。本文以齐齐哈尔市高层住宅区停车问题为研究对象,探讨高层住宅区停车问题与解决对策。研究表明,要基于国家各项停车配建政策制定停车指导方案;借鉴其他城市经验制定高层住宅区停车发展策略;高层居住小区的停车空间供给策略会随着科技的发展、经济水平的提升、人们出行习惯的改变等因素而变化。我们要做好以人为本的协调性规划,高级住宅区的停车位要合理地规划配建,实现停车空间的可持续性供给。

There are relatively few parking contradictions in the newly-built high-rise residential areas in Qiqihar.With the increase of urban population,parking spaces in many high-rise residential areas are becoming tight.This paper takes the parking problem in the high-rise residential area of Qiqihar as the research object,discusses the parking problem in the high-rise residential area and the countermeasures.The research shows that parking guidance plans should be formulated based on the national parking facilities and construction policies.The parking development strategy of high-rise residential areas should be formulated based on the experience of other cities.The parking space supply strategy of high-rise residential areas will change with the development of science and technology,the improvement of economic level,the change in travel habits and other factors.We must do a good job of people-oriented and coordinated planning,and the parking spaces in high-end residential areas must be reasonably planned and built to realize the sustainable supply of parking spaces.
