玻璃纤维桩与石英纤维桩用于修复重度楔状缺损的临床对比观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的对玻璃纤维桩与石英纤维桩用于修复重度楔状缺损的临床效果进行对比观察。方法选取2018年10月-2020年10月我院门诊中牙体重度楔状缺损的80例患者108颗患牙。将80例患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者在根管治疗后采用玻璃纤维桩树脂进行修复;研究组患者采用石英纤维桩树脂进行修复,将治疗效果分为优、良、差,观察修复后1年效果,其中优和良为成功,差为失败。并于修复2年后进行复查,比较临床疗效。结果两组患者重度楔状缺损患牙修复1年后结果显示,研究组在牙齿完整性、修复体完整性及形态功能性方面的成功率优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义,而在色泽美观性及组织协调性方面差异无统计学意义。研究组患者患牙发生树脂脱落、冠折、冠根折及牙周病变的例数均少于对照组,研究组重度楔状缺损患牙修复2年后的成功率92.59%显著高于对照组70.37%,且差异具有统计学意义。结论采用石英纤维桩对严重楔状缺损进行树脂修复较玻璃纤维桩更能有效增强牙齿的抗折能力,降低冠折的发生率。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of glass fiber post and Shi Ying fiber post in repairing severe wedge-shaped defects.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,108 teeth of 80 patients with wedge-shaped defect of middle teeth were selected.80 patients were divided into study group and control group.Patients in control group were repaired with glass fiber post resin after root canal treatment.Patients in the study group were repaired with Shi Ying fiber post resin,and the treatment effect was divided into excellent,good and poor,and the effect was observed one year after repair,in which excellent and good were successful,and poor were failure.Two years after the restoration,the patients were reexamined and the clinical effects were compared.Results One year after the restoration of teeth with severe wedge-shaped defects in two groups,the results showed that the success rate of tooth integrity,restoration integrity and morphological function in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,but there was no statistical difference in color aesthetics and tissue coordination.The number of cases of resin loss,crown fracture,crown root fracture and periodontal disease in patients with severe wedge-shaped defect in the study group was less than that in the control group.The success rate of the teeth with severe wedge-shaped defect in the study group was 92.59%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.37%).Conclusion Compared with glass fiber post,Shi Ying fiber post can effectively enhance the fracture resistance of teeth and reduce the incidence of crown fracture.
