活动义齿在牙周病患者口腔修复中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of movable denture in the oral restoration of patients with periodontal disease

目的探讨活动义齿在牙周病患者口腔修复中的应用效果分析。方法将2017年5月-2020年1月在我院口腔科治疗的50例牙周病患者按照接受治疗的不同分组,对照组使用传统固定义齿治疗,观察组使用活动义齿治疗,对比两组的临床疗效,OHIP-14评分变化、牙龈出血指数及咀嚼效率变化,基牙拔除率。结果观察组治疗有效率为96%,明显高于对照组的72%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后口腔疼痛、身体机能、独立能力、心理状况以及OHIP-14总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后牙龈出血指数明显低于对照组,咀嚼效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组修复后3个月、6个月、12个月的基牙拔除率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活动义齿在牙周病患者口腔修复中的应用效果显著,能有效提升修复效果,提高口腔健康状况,降低基牙拔除率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the application effect of removable dentures in the oral restoration of patients with periodontal disease.Method The 50 patients with periodontal disease treated in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from May 2017 to January 2020 were divided into groups according to the different treatments.The control group was treated with traditional fixed dentures,and the observation group was treated with movable dentures.Compare the two groups The clinical efficacy of OHIP-14,the change of gingival bleeding index and chewing efficiency,the rate of abutment extraction.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 72%in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment in the observation group,oral pain,physical function,independence,psychological status,and the total score of OHIP-14 were significantly lower than those in the control group.Control group(P<0.05);the gingival bleeding index of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the chewing efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The extraction rate of abutment teeth was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of movable denture in the oral restoration of periodontal disease patients is significant,which can effectively improve the restoration effect,improve the oral health status,and reduce the extraction rate of abutment teeth,which has positive clinical significance.
