纳米银抗菌敷料联合美宝湿润烧伤膏在烧伤患者供皮区护理中的应用

Application of nano silver antibacterial dressing combined with MEBO in nursing of donor site of burn patients

目的观察和总结纳米银抗菌敷料联合美宝湿润烧伤膏在烧伤患者供皮区应用的护理体会。方法选取我科2019年5月-2020年10月收治的深二度-三度烧伤患者66例,并随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组33倒。两组供皮区均给予纳米银抗菌敷料包扎,对照组供皮区敷料待其自然脱落,治疗组采用美宝湿润烧伤膏外敷保鲜膜两天等待敷料脱落。治疗前后均配合护理以帮助患者恢复。结果治疗组患者创面舒适度增加,创面感染例次为0,创面敷料脱落天数缩短、疼痛减轻、护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论纳米银抗菌敷料联合美宝湿润烧伤膏应用于供皮区能促使敷料提前脱落,减轻患者疼痛,增进患者的舒适,有利于患者活动。

Objective To observe and summarize the nursing experience of nano silver antibacterial dressing combined with MEBO in burn donor site.Methods 66 cases of deep second-third degree burn patients in our department were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group.Two groups were given nano silver antibacterial dressing in the donor area,the control group was given dressing until it fell off naturally,and the treatment group was given MEBO external application of preservative film for two days,waiting for the dressing to fall off.Before and after treatment with nursing to help patients recover.Results The wound comfort of the treatment group was increased,the number of wound infection cases was 0,the days of wound dressing shedding were shortened,the pain was alleviated,and the degree of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of nano silver antibacterial dressing combined with MEBO in the donor site can promote the dressing to fall off in advance,reduce the pain of patients,improve the comfort of patients,and is conducive to the activity of patients.
