摘要
瘢痕疙瘩(Keloid,KD)是由伤口愈合异常所引起的纤维组织异常增生而形成的良性皮肤肿瘤。缺氧所诱导的缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor 1α,HIF-1α)的表达及其调控在瘢痕疙瘩的形成中起到了重要的作用。尽管目前瘢痕疙瘩的研究取得了良好的进展,但是HIF-1α在其中的作用至今仍未完全阐明。笔者重点对近年来瘢痕疙瘩中HIF-1α的作用,相关信号传导通路及相关细胞因子进行综述,并初步介绍了针对HIF-1α最新的潜在治疗方法,旨在为该病的预防、治疗及预后提供新的思路。
Keloid is a benign fibrous skin tumor formed by excessive secretion of extracellular matrix(ECM).The expression and regulation of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)induced by hypoxia play an important role in the formation of keloid.Although the research of keloid has made good progress,the role of HIF-1α in it has not been fully elucidated.This article focuses on the role of HIF-1αin keloid in recent years,related signal transduction pathways and related cytokines,and preliminarily introduces the latest potential treatment methods for HIF-1α,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention,treatment and prognosis of the disease.
