Research on the Value Evaluation and Protection of Baotou Second Chemical Plant Industrial Heritage

在城市快速发展的过程中,位于城市中心区的工业企业由于对环境造成了严重的污染以及不适应市场的需求从而面临着产业的转型和升级,如何正确对待城市中心区已经废弃的工业企业成为城市发展面临的重要问题。文章以包头市第二化工厂为例,从历史、文化、社会和科技价值层面分析了包头市第二化工厂在保护与再利用时应该关注的重点内容,为包头市第二化工厂保护与再利用提供建议。

In the process of rapid urban development,industrial enterprises located in the central area of the city are faced with industrial transformation and upgrading due to serious environmental pollution and unadaptability to market demands.How to properly deal with abandoned industrial enterprises in the central area of the city has become an urgent problem for urban development.Taking Baotou Second chemical Plant as an example,this paper analyzes the key contents that Baotou Second Chemical Plant should pay attention to in the protection and reuse from the perspectives of history,culture,society,art and technology value,and provides suggestions for the protection and reuse of Baotou Second Chemical Plant.
