我国景中村改造方法研究综述

Literature Review on Renovation Methods of Scenic Villages in China

在乡村振兴和景区外溢效应的影响下,景中村试图创造与景区功能互补、空间互通、客源共享的景、村融合式乡村发展模式。文章应用文献综述的方法,从景中村的概念内涵、改造驱动力、主要问题、空间改造方法及其商业模式等层面对我国景中村融入景区的方法论进行系统归纳,揭示我国景中村演变的内源性动因。基于此,文章从空间结构与功能改造、基础设施升级、景观风貌优化、低影响控制四个层面,总结了景中村改造的方法路径。分析发现,我国对景中村的研究已经涌现出一批实证研究成果,但整体上仍处于起步阶段,同时文章也提出了未来景中村的研究趋势。

Under the influence of Rural Revitalization and the external effect of scenic area,scenic villages try to renew themselves to integrate with the scenic area in function,space and tourists.By applying research method of literature review,the paper concludes the approach that scenic villages integrate into scenic area from theses aspects including connotation of scenic villages,renovation driving forces,main problems,renovation methods of physical space and business modes,and reveals the potential reasons why scenic villages develop.Based on this,the paper summarizes the transformation methods from four aspects:structure and function renewal,infrastructure upgrading,landscape style optimization and low impact control.It reveals that current research results provide useful guidance,although it is in the initial stage.Meanwhile,the paper gives suggestions on the future research trend.
