计划经济时期156工程背景下建设起来的洛阳第一期城市规划,由于其“脱开老城建新城”和“生产生活分开”的特点被国内外专家称为“洛阳模式”。洛阳模式中涧西工业区功能分区思想的应用是现代城市规划影响下造就的经典案例。文章从现代主义功能分区思想的起源入手,分析涧西工业区规划中功能分区思想的应用,探讨“洛阳模式”的不足以及对我国新时代城市规划的启示。

Under the background of 156 projects during the period of planned economy,"Luoyang Model"is called by domestic and foreign experts due to its characteristics of"building a new cities away from the old cities"and"separating production and life",which is the first phase of urban planning of Luoyang.The application of Jianxi industrial estate's functional partition in Luoyang pattern is a typical case made under the influence of modern urban planning.Based on the origin of the functional partition thought of modernism,the paper analyzes the application of the functional partition thought in the planning of Jianxi industrial estate,discusses the deficiency of"Luoyang Mode",and gives some advice to urban planning in the New Era.
