“后名城时代”背景下北海历史城区的保护困境与策略初探

The Predicament of Beihai Historical Urban Area and the Strateges under the Background of "Post-Histroical and Cultural City"

2010年北海入选国家历史文化名城。随后在快速城镇化的发展背景下,老城的保护与开发之间的矛盾日益凸显,文章基于整体保护和可持续发展的视角,分析北海历史城区在新的发展语境下面临的现实问题,提出保护引领、民生改善、创新管理等策略,在解决老城人居环境改善的同时,兼顾历史文化遗产的活化利用和有效传承。

In 2010,Beihai was selected into the National Historical and Cultural City.With the rapid development of urbanization,the contradiction between the protection and development has become increasingly prominent.Based on the perspective of overall protection and sustainable development,this paper analyzes the problems of Beihai historical urban area and puts forward some strategies,such as protection guidance,improvement of people's livelihood,innovative management,etc.,so as to solve the problem of improving the living environment of the old city while taking into account the activation,utilization and effective inheritance of the historical culture heritage.
