经过实际研究之后发现,以往使用的政工工作方式没有离开思想政治工作的核心方向,但是产生的效果却并不令人满意。站在某种意义上来讲,强调思想意识的方式可以更好的提升矛盾解决效果,因此未来需要站在落地效应的基础上进行加强。首先需要注意能够在目标分析和目标协同的角度上挖掘新时期的工作内在需求,从而发挥出更好的工作效果。本文主要针对于国企政工工作的职能定位和模式创新进行分析,从而提出更好的发展方向。

After practical research,it is found that the political work methods used in the past have not deviated from the core direction of ideological and political work,but the results are not satisfactory.In a sense,the method of emphasizing ideology can better enhance the conflict resolution effect,so in the future,it needs to be strengthened on the basis of the landing effect.First of all,we need to pay attention to being able to explore the inner needs of the work in the new period from the perspective of goal analysis and goal coordination,so as to exert a better work effect.This article mainly focuses on the analysis of the functional positioning and model innovation of the state-owned enterprise's political work,to propose a better development direction.
