摘要
本文通过深度剖析冲压自动线模具首次上线调试工作内容、影响因素,总结归纳其效率提升方式。明确给出不同类型零件机器人轨迹调试方式、送料皮带轮速度选择原则、高效的调试流程以及相关的模具结构和端拾器的设计原则,并结合线外端拾器组装调试的方法,使调试时间由连续6~11h降低至4~8h,大大提升了冲压自动线模具首次上线调试效率。
This article analyzes the content and influencing factors of the first online debugging of stamping automatic line die and summarizes the efficiency improvement methods.The article indicates the debugging methods of robot trajectory for different types of parts,the principle of selecting the feeding pulley speed,the efficient debugging process and the relevant die structure and the design principles of the end picker,and combines the method of assembly and debugging of the end picker outside the line,so that the debugging time is reduced from the continuous 6~11h to 4~8h,which greatly improves the efficiency of the first online debugging of the stamping automatic line die.
