摘要
方法:本文通过构建SFE参数化模型,并应用拓扑优化手段对白车身结构进行灵敏度分析。然后根据车身结构灵敏度分析及车身截面灵敏度分析结果进行方案设计与分析验证,以探讨在车身结构设计前期应用SFE及拓扑优化进行车身性能初步分析的可行性。结论:SFE参数化模型与拓扑优化可以作为车身设计前期可靠的性能分析手段,可提前对车身性能进行评估,并可根据灵敏度提出具有针对性的优化建议,为后续车身设计中性能、重量与成本的平衡具有一定的指导意义。
Method:this paper constructs an SFE parameterized model and applies topology optimization methods to analyze the sensitivity of the bodyin-white structure.Then,based on the body structure sensitivity analysis and the body section sensitivity analysis results,the program design and analysis verification are carried out to explore the feasibility of applying SFE and topology optimization to the preliminary analysis of body performance in the early stage of the body structure design.Conclusion:SFE parameterized model and topology optimization can be used as a reliable performance analysis method in the early stage of car body design.It can evaluate car body performance in advance,and can propose targeted optimization suggestions based on sensitivity to provide performance,weight and cost in subsequent car body design.The balance has a certain guiding significance.
