摘要
当前,科学信息技术更加发展,国家的经济发展水平不断提高,广大人民群众外出的方式变得更加的多样化,但更多的是依托汽车来帮助其出行。提到汽车,首先就会想到汽车的动力结构发动机。汽车发动机能够为汽车的整个运行提供强大的动力,让燃料的燃烧更加充分,产生了动力更大。一般发动机在运转发动过程中,内部的温度都是较高的,内部排出的气体和外部的气体无法进行及时的更换,内部运转的温度就会较高,个发动机的零部件温度就会升高。由此会导致零部件膨胀,最终使得汽车发动机的零部件不能够正常的运转,甚至出现卡顿现象,还会大大降低零部件的机械强度。发电机的零部件润滑作用也会不复存在。针对此,更进一步的了解汽车发动机水泵的工作原理对整个汽车发动机的运行运转起着十分重要的作用,因此,本文主要对汽车发动机水泵的工作原理做系统分析,在此基础之上,对汽车发动机水泵工作运转过程中出现的故障做出理论阐述,希望能够对发动机水泵的故障处理提供有益的策略方法。
At present,with the development of science and information technology and the continuous improvement of the country's economic development level,the ways for people to go out have become more diversified,but people more often rely on cars to help them travel.When it comes to cars,the first thing that comes to mind is the power structure engine of the car.The car engine can provide powerful power for the entire operation of the car,so that the fuel burns more fully,and the power is greater.Generally,the internal temperature of the engine is relatively high during the start-up process,the internal exhaust gas and external gas cannot be replaced in time,the internal operating temperature will be higher,and the temperature of the engine parts will rise.This will cause the parts to expand,and eventually the parts of the automobile engine will not be able to operate normally,and even the phenomenon of jamming will occur,and the mechanical strength of the parts will be greatly reduced.The lubrication of generator parts will no longer exist.In view of this,a further understanding of the working principle of the automobile engine water pump plays an important role in the operation of the entire automobile engine.Therefore,this article mainly makes a systematic analysis of the working principle of the automobile engine water pump.The faults that occur during the operation of the engine water pump are explained theoretically,and it is hoped that it can provide a useful strategy method for the fault handling of the engine water pump.
