摘要
脉冲光纤激光器作为目前汽车行业激光合成的光源技术,它是激光领域的前沿技术,广泛应用于汽车制造发动机缸体、缸盖、曲轴金属3C件的二维码打码。用于追溯产品的过线记录、类型识别、质量门等。本文主要解析脉冲光纤激光器与智能化生产设备的控制原理、信号控制对接、故障诊断。
Pulsed Fiber Laser(PFL),as the light source technology of laser synthesis in automobile industry,is the frontier technology in laser field,widely used in automobile manufacturing engine cylinder block,cylinder head,crankshaft metal 3C pieces of two-dimensional code to trace product line records,type identification,quality gate,etc.This paper mainly analyzes the signal control docking,function setting,fault diagnosis and working characteristics of pulse fiber laser and intelligent production equipment.
