摘要
科学技术在经过不断发展后,在工业控制中对PLC技术进行了广泛地应用。可靠的PLC控制系统能够提高企业生产和运行的安全性和经济性,具有抗干扰能力能够使系统的整体运行具有可靠性。在自动化系统中应用PLC技术时,分别将其安装在控制室、生产现场以及不同的机电设备中,由于所采用的电路和设备具有较强的电压,因此,它们所属的环境大多较为恶劣。为了使PLC控制系统能够具有更强的可靠性,本文从抗干扰能力方面探讨其所应用的PLC控制系统和变频器,以供参考。
After the continuous development of science and technology,PLC technology is widely used in industrial control.Reliable PLC control system can make the production and operation of enterprises safe and economical,and the system with anti-interference ability can make the overall operation of the system reliable.When applying various PLC technologies in the automation system,they are installed in the control room,production site and different electromechanical equipment.Because the circuit and equipment used have strong voltage,most of their environments are relatively bad.In order to make the PLC control system more reliable,this paper discusses the PLC control system and frequency converter from the aspect of antiinterference ability for reference.
