摘要
变频空调系统中最核心的零部件就是变频空调电控板,它既要负责响应遥控器发送的指令,也要控制整个变频空调的运作,所以在进行生产的时候一定要进行测试,确保电控板质量的过关。目前绝大多数的空调生产商对电控板的测试都还是像对定速空调一样进行人工测试,很少有企业可以对生产线上的电控板进行自动测试诊断,这样的测试诊断系统在国内空调厂的应用还很少,由此可见自主研制开发这类变频空调电控板的自动测试诊断系统是多么重要的事情。建立一个自动测试诊断系统对空调板上的模块进行功能测试,通过计算机进行测试数据的采集,再进行计算得到测试结果,并根据这个测试结果对变频空调电路板上的故障进行定位,同时将数据存入数据系统,这样以后就可以利用这些数据对空调电控板进行改进完善。
