摘要
现有多层大料铺设工艺,由人工将涤纶网和隔热屏按一定尺寸下料,然后一层层铺设压平。由于涤纶网和隔热屏厚度薄、重量轻、尺寸长、层数多,造成人工铺设工艺复杂、难度大、效率低。因此需将现有手动铺设工艺升级为自动实现。本文概述了自动化多层铺设装备的设计过程,对自动化多层铺设装备进行实际生产应用分析。
The existing multi-layer large material laying process,by manual polyester mesh and heat insulation screen according to a certain size of the material,and then layer by layer Due to the thin thickness,light weight,long size and many layers of polyester mesh and heat insulation screen,the artificial laying process is complex,difficult and inefficient.Therefore,the existing manual laying process needs to be upgraded to automatic implementation.This paper summarizes the design process of automatic multi-layer laying equipment and analyzes the practical application of automatic multi-layer laying equipment.
