摘要
电动机作为驱动设备被广泛地用于拖动各种负载,同时电动机也是能耗最高的设备,本文以YXKK560-10630 kW 10kV IP54三相异步电动机的设计过程为例,介绍了一级能效高效异步电动机的性能参数和结构特点,并指出了在设计中所采取的关键措施。
As the driving equipment,motor is widely used to drive various loads.At the same time,motor is also the equipment with the highest energy consumption.Taking the design process of yxkk560-10630 kw 10 kV IP54 three-phase asynchronous motor as an example,this paper introduces the performance parameters and structural characteristics of grade I energy-efficient asynchronous motor,and points out the key measures adopted in the design.
