摘要
高压釜是密封使用的受压容器,是夹层玻璃生产过程用于加热加压的不可缺少的关键设备,可按工艺要求进行升温(工作温度125~140℃),升压(工作压力1.1~1.3 MPa),保持恒温恒压,降温不降压,降压等工艺过程自动控制。其工作介质是压缩空气,加热元件是电加热器,冷却介质是循环水,需要不断加热,才能满足夹层玻璃的生产,等待加温程序过后,在对其实施降温。以水为原料的生产企业需要采用更加节水的设施来减少水资源的消耗。本文重点阐述了关于高压釜的降温分析,还有出水阀门的改进措施。
Autoclave is a sealed pressure vessel,which is an indispensable key equipment for heating and pressurizing in laminated glass production process.According to the process requirements,autoclave can be automatically controlled by heating(working temperature 125-140℃),boosting the air pressure(working pressure 1.1-1.3 mpa),keeping constant temperature and pressure,cooling down without lowering pressure,lowering pressure and other process are controlled automatically.Its working medium is compressed air,heating element is electric heater,cooling medium is circulating water.The autoclave needs continuous heating to meet the production of laminated glass.After waiting for the heating procedure,cool it down.The production enterprises using water as raw material need to adopt more water-saving facilities to reduce the consumption of water resources.Laminated glass has special product performance.This paper focuses on the analysis of the cooling of the autoclave and the improvement of the outlet valve.
