摘要 某工厂生产区供电系统采用分散供电方式,主要由110kV主变电所、10kV配电站、厂房现场380V变电站等系统组成。厂区供电系统设备分布广,一座主变电所的供电范围长达7~8km,电缆在运行过程中产生的大量容性无功。110kV主变电所安装两台高压压动态无功补偿装置,功率因素得到相应提高,满足供电公司要求。10kV配电站至各厂房的高压电缆分布广,距离长,大约有200km;低压部分功率因数低,部分厂房用电设备产生较大谐波,电网电能质量差,急需治理。现分别对厂房现场380V变电站增设低压动态无功补偿装置SVG后,显著提高了供电系统的电能质量;功率因素增大,降低了无功损耗;系统节能环保。 The power supply system in the production area of a factory adopts the decentralized power supply mode,which is mainly composed of 110kV main substation,10kV distribution station,380V substation in the factory site,etc.The equipment of power supply system in the plant area is widely distributed.The power supply range of a main substation is as long as 7-8km,and a large amount of capacitive reactive power is generated during the operation of cables.Two sets of high voltage dynamic reactive power compensation devices are installed in 110 kV main substation,the power factor is improved accordingly,which meets the requirements of power supply company.The high-voltage cables from 10kV power distribution station to each plant are widely distributed and long distance,about 200km;the power factor of low-voltage part is low,some plant electrical equipment produce large harmonics,and the power quality of power grid is poor,which needs urgent treatment.At present,the low-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation device SVG is added to the 380V substation in the plant site,which significantly improves the power quality of the power supply system,increases the power factor,reduces the reactive power loss,and saves energy and protects the environment.
