摘要 文章着重介绍了无人行车PLC系统的功能描述、硬件构成、网络与通信,并为一些控制元器件的选型提供了思路,以供用户在实际应用过程中进行借鉴。升级改造研究PLC系统有助于突破智慧制造的关键技术,实行无人行车自动运行,不仅减小了工人的劳动强度,有效延长了设备寿命,同时提高了生产效率,降低了人员安全作业风险。 This paper mainly introduces the function description,hardware structure,network and communication of the PLC system of unmanned crane,and provides some ideas for the selection of control components,so as to provide users with reference in the actual application process.Through the upgrading and transformation of the PLC system and other research,the key technology of intelligent manufacturing is broken through and the automatic operation of unmanned crane is implemented,which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers,effectively prolongs the life of equipment,but also improves the production efficiency and reduces the risk of safe operation of personnel.
