TIA Portal系统在矿井泵房监控系统的应用

摘要 泵房是矿井排水系统的重要场所,其设备是否能可靠运行关系着全矿的安全生产。由于井下采场分布复杂,排水管路较长,泵房布置分散,人工排水浪费大量劳动力,因此,本文介绍了基于TIA Portal平台开发的矿井泵房远程控制系统,该系统应用S7-1200PLC控制器及WinCC SCADA监控系统研究设计,可实现远程控制、故障诊断、数据记录分析等功能,项目应用于济宁二号煤矿南翼1#泵房,实现了泵房远程集控与无人值守。 Pump house is an important place of mine drainage system,whether its equipment can operate reliably is related to the safety production of the whole mine.Due to the complex distribution of underground stope,long drainage pipeline and scattered layout of pump room,manual drainage wastes a lot of labor.This paper introduces the remote control system of mine pump room based on TIA portal platform.The system is designed with s7-1200plc controller and WinCC SCADA monitoring system,which can realize the functions of remote control,fault diagnosis,data recording and analysis.The project is applied to No.1 pump room in the south wing of Jining No.2 Coal Mine,realizing the remote centralized control and unattended of pump room.
