试论化工企业电气设备检修策略

Discussion on Maintenance Strategy of Electrical Equipment in Chemical Enterprises

现代化工企业规模在不断扩大,其生产中所用各类电气设备种类和数量繁杂,加之运行环境中存在较多的不安全因素,增加了电气设备检修工作量和难度。电气设备检修工作作为化工企业中的管理工作重点,对于确保企业生产安全和稳定开展,以及未来能否健康发展起到关键作用。因此,文章基于化工企业中开展电气设备检修工作重要性的分析,总结目前电气设备检修工作中的安全风险,介绍常用的电气设备检修方法,提出了加强电气设备检修管理工作的有效策略,以供参考。

The scale of modern chemical enterprises is constantly expanding,the types and quantity of various electrical equipment used in production are complex,and there are many unsafe factors in the operating environment,which increase the workload and difficulty of electrical equipment maintenance.As the focus of management work in chemical enterprises,electrical equipment maintenance plays a key role in ensuring the safety and stability of production,as well as the healthy development in the future.Therefore,based on the analysis of the importance of electrical equipment maintenance work in chemical enterprises,this paper summarizes the safety risks in the current electrical equipment maintenance work,introduces the common electrical equipment maintenance methods,and puts forward the effective strategies to strengthen the electrical equipment maintenance management,for reference.
