摘要
为了提高绞吸挖泥船液压系统管理水平,降低由于液压油污染造成的系统失效,在概述业界液压油污染物研究热点的基础上,从降低系统中主要污染物含量出发,对油液污染主动控制方法进行了系统研究。文章分别探讨了液压系统中固体、液体和气体污染物的危害机理,控制方式等问题。
In order to improve the management level of hydraulic system of cutter suction dredger and reduce the system failure caused by hydraulic oil pollution,based on the overview of the research hotspots of hydraulic oil pollution in the industry,starting from reducing the content of main pollutants in the system,the active control method of oil pollution is systematically studied.The harm mechanism and control mode of solid,liquid and gas pollutants in hydraulic system are discussed.
