摘要
针对铼酸铵还原高纯金属铼生产工艺的特点,采用西门子全集成自动化(TIA)控制系统,实现了生产过程的集中控制。对不同的第三方成套设备,分别采用Profibus-DP转Modbus RTU、S7通信、OPC通讯方式,实现了对第三方设备的集中监控和安全保护。对冷冻水的供应,分析了工艺过程,提出了一种多入多出的智能协调控制器,实现了冷冻水的稳定控制。对纯水的供应,提出了一种纯水自动加水控制器,实现了纯水的自动实时加水和准确计量。
According to the characteristics of rhenium reduction process,Siemens Tia control system is used to realize the centralized control of the production process.For different third-party equipment,Profibus-DP to Modbus RTU,S7 and OPC communication are used to achieve centralized monitoring and security protection.For the supply of frozen water,the technological process is analyzed,and an intelligent coordinated controller with multi-input and multi-output is proposed to realize the stable control of frozen water.For the supply of pure water,an automatic adding water controller is put forward,which realizes the automatic real-time adding water and accurate metering of pure water.
