摘要
铝土矿的溶出是拜耳法氧化铝生产中最重要工序之一,不同类型铝土矿需采用不同的溶出工艺。随着国内优质铝土矿储量日益降低,国外进口铝土矿的使用占比越来越大。本文通过对铝土矿平均化学成分及铝土矿管道化矿浆固相铝硅比、苛性碱浓度、溶出分子比、溶出赤泥铝硅比、溶出效率及氧化铝单耗的对比分析可知,进口铝土矿的管道化矿浆固相铝硅比、溶出赤泥的铝硅比、实际溶出率及单耗方面高于国产铝土矿;而在管道化溶出矿浆苛性碱浓度与溶出矿浆分子比方面低于国产铝土矿。
The digestion of bauxite is one of the most important processes in Bayer alumina production.Different types of bauxite need different digestion processes.With the decrease of domestic high-quality bauxite reserves,the proportion of imported bauxite is increasing.Based on the comparative analysis of the average chemical composition,solid-phase Al Si ratio,caustic concentration,dissolved molecular ratio,dissolved red mud Al Si ratio,dissolution efficiency and alumina unit consumption of bauxite pipelining slurry,the results show that the solid-phase Al Si ratio,dissolved red mud Al Si ratio,actual dissolution rate and unit consumption of imported bauxite pipelining slurry are higher than those of domestic bauxite,while the actual dissolution rate and unit consumption of imported bauxite pipelining slurry are higher than those of domestic bauxite The concentration of caustic soda in slurry and molecular ratio of leaching slurry are lower than those of domestic bauxite.
