摘要
本试验用炼钢烟灰为研究对象,通过元素分析,该烟灰中含锌45.71%,含氟0.56%。烟灰中含锌较高,有很好的回收价值,而氟对锌电解有很大的危害,回收锌的过程中脱除氟至关重要。通过对烟灰硫酸浸出,锌总浸出率98.2%,氟浸出率50.5%。通过氟化铁、氟化锰共沉淀来脱除溶液中的氟,硫酸锌溶液中锌的总回收率97.3%,氟脱除率达到了96.7%,脱氟后溶液中氟的含量低于20mg/L,符合锌电解需求。
Through element analysis,the content of zinc is 45.71%,the content of fluorine is 0.56%.The content of zinc in the ash is high,which has good recovery value,and fluorine is very harmful to zinc electrolysis.It is very important to remove fluorine in the process of recovering zinc.The total leaching rate of zinc was 98.2%and that of fluorine was 50.5%.The total recovery of zinc in zinc sulfate solution is 97.3%,and the removal rate of fluorine is 96.7%.The content of fluorine in the solution after defluorination is less than 20 mg/l,which meets the needs of zinc electrolysis.
