摘要
为了对范悦城高层建筑铝合金模板进行优化设计,运用有限元探讨了模板设计参数和混凝土浇筑对铝合金模板应力分布和变形的影响规律。结果显示墙体模板的应力和挠度随着模板宽度的增加而加大。混凝土浇筑半径周围区域由于存在较大的剪应力,有必要时需对其进行加固处理。
In order to optimize the design of aluminum alloy formwork of Fanyuecheng high-rise building,the influence of formwork design parameters and concrete pouring on the stress distribution and deformation of aluminum alloy formwork was discussed by using finite element method.The results show that the stress and deflection of wall formwork increase with the increase of formwork width.Due to the large shear stress in the area around the casting radius of concrete,it is necessary to reinforce it.
