摘要
为解决当前金属材料加工机械在实际运行过程中出现的自动化运转不合理问题,开展金属材料加工机械的动力学特征及建模分析研究。通过对其翻转等效力矩特征和等效转动惯量特征分析,并以其为基础构建金属材料加工机械动力学方程,从而明确各阶段模态振型,为实现更加有效的金属材料加工机械运行提供数值支撑。
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable automatic operation in the actual operation of metal material processing machinery,the dynamic characteristics and modeling analysis of metal material processing machinery are carried out.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the equivalent moment and the equivalent moment of inertia,the dynamic equation of the metal material processing machinery is constructed,so as to clarify the modal shapes of each stage,and provide numerical support for the more effective operation of the metal material processing machinery.
