摘要
由于传统防冻结构在实际应用中防冻效果较差,金属复合材料发动机水箱在寒冷天气中经常结冰,且结冰量较大,为此提出金属复合材料发动机防冻结构设计分析。首先利用温度检测装置测量发动机水箱温度,然后根据检测到的温度,利用电涡流加热装置对发动机水箱进行加热,最后利用温度控制装置控制电涡流加热温度,以此完成金属复合材料发动机防冻结构设计。经实验证明,应用设计结构发动机水箱的结冰量低于传统结构。
Due to the poor antifreeze effect of traditional antifreeze structure in practical application,the water tank of metal composite engine often freezes in cold weather,and the amount of ice is large.Therefore,the antifreeze structure design analysis of metal composite engine is proposed.First,the temperature of the engine water tank is measured by the temperature detection device.Then,according to the detected temperature,the engine water tank is heated by the eddy current heating device.Finally,the temperature control device is used to control the eddy current heating temperature,so as to complete the antifreeze structure design of the metal composite engine.The experimental results show that the icing amount of the engine water tank with the designed structure is lower than that with the traditional structure.
