摘要
目的:研究不同物理防腐涂层材料对高盐环境中金属材料的防腐性能。方法:以低碳钢Q235为基体材料,通过电弧喷涂技术在试件上喷涂三种材料,即锌涂层、铝涂层和锌铝涂层,然后在高盐环境中放置7个小时,记录涂层组织结构特征和腐蚀速度。结果:锌铝涂层的防腐性能要好于锌涂层和铝涂层的防腐性能。
Objective:To study the anticorrosive properties of different physical anticorrosive coating materials on metal materials in high salt environment.Methods:the low carbon steel Q235 was used as the base material,and three kinds of materials were sprayed on the specimen by arc spraying technology,namely zinc coating,aluminum coating and zinc aluminum coating.Then,the coating was placed in high salt environment for 7 hours,and the structure characteristics and corrosion rate of the coating were recorded.Results:the anticorrosive properties of zinc aluminum coating are better than that of zinc coating and aluminum coating.
