摘要
本文叙述了钒的应用和铝热法冶炼FeV80工艺优缺点,并重点论述了用石煤酸浸提钒法生产的片状五氧化二钒作为原料,采用铝热法冶炼FeV80的试验研究概况,找出了影响铝热反应重要因素。试验及生产表明,采用本工艺方法可以获得合格的FeV80产品,其成分符合GB/T 4139-2004标准要求,钒的平均回收率达92.16%,为FeV80工业化生产提供了技术支撑。
This paper describes the application of vanadium and the advantages and disadvantages of aluminothermic smelting process of FeV80,and focuses on the experimental research of smelting FeV80 with aluminothermic process using flake vanadium pentoxide produced by acid leaching of vanadium from stone coal as raw material,and finds out the important factors affecting the aluminothermic reaction.The test and production show that the qualified FeV80 product can be obtained by this process,its composition meets the requirements of GB/T 4139-2004 standard,and the average recovery rate of vanadium reaches 92.16%,which provides technical support for industrial production of FeV80.
