摘要
通过在小排量发动机上应用阿特金森循环,可以有效抑制爆震和降低泵气损失,提高发动机的热效率。经试验测试,应用阿特金森循环后发动机匹配混动车型常用工作区域燃油消耗率降幅达到3%~6%。在阿特金森循环基础上应用冷却EGR技术后,发动机热效率进一步提升至39.1%,满足开发目标。
The application of Atkinson Cycle in small displacement engine can eff ectively suppress knock and reduce pump air and improve engine thermal effi ciency.The test results show that the fuel consumption rate decreases in most HEV working areas of the engine after the application of the Atkinson cycle,and the decrease rate reaches 3%~6%.With additional application of cooling EGR technology,the engine thermal effi ciency is further improved to 39.1%,which meets the development goal.
