摘要油气生产收入损失保险(Loss of Production Income)是国际市场专门为油气上游企业开发的一种营业中断保险。文章从该险种的作用、保险责任、保额的确定、定价方式及除外责任等多方面探讨了该险种的运行方式及特征。目前,国际市场投保上述险种非常普遍,部分在国内进行上游开发的外资企业也有投保该险种的需求,但国内油企较少安排上述保险保障,文章面向未来国内市场需求做了前瞻性介绍及探讨。
