动车组齿轮箱润滑油混溶影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Miscibility of Lubricating Oil in EMU Gearbox

针对动车组齿轮箱使用国产润滑油替换进口润滑油时存在混溶问题,通过开展相关试验,研究分析不同品牌的润滑油混溶后的性能影响。结果表明:润滑油混溶后不会出现沉淀、混浊、絮状物,各理化指标与混溶前的单一油品数据基本相当;台架试验后齿轮箱状态正常,混溶润滑油的理化指标均满足正常评判标准。

In view of the miscibility problem when using domestic lubricants to replace imported lubricants in the gearboxes of EMUs,relevant tests were carried out to study and analyze the performance effects of different brands of lubricants after being mixed.The results show that there will be no precipitation,turbidity,and floccules after the lubricating oil is mixed,and the physical and chemical indexes are basically equivalent to the data of a single oil before the miscibility;the gearbox is in normal condition after the bench test,and the physical and chemical indexes of the miscible lubricating oil All meet the normal evaluation criteria.
