数控车床技术加工精度工艺优化探究

摘要 随着我国经济的飞速发展,一些生产效率较低的工业设备已经被淘汰,工业市场急切需要一批高效的生产设备。而高效的生产设备与数控车床技术有着紧密联系,因此数控车床技术的应用领域也越来越广泛。精度作为数控车床技术的一项重要指标,密切影响着车床的正常运行。本文在分析影响数控车床精度因素的基础上,为优化车床加工精度提供建议,为促进我国的数控车床技术更快更好发展提供参考。 With the rapid development of China's economy,some industrial equipment with low production efficiency has been eliminated,and the industrial market urgently needs a batch of efficient production equipment.Efficient production equipment is closely related to CNC lathe technology,so the application field of CNC lathe technology is more and more extensive.Accuracy,as an important index of CNC lathe technology,closely affects the normal operation of lathe.On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the precision of CNC lathes,this paper provides suggestions for optimizing the machining precision of lathes,and provides reference for promoting the faster and better development of CNC lathes in China.
