摘要
机械制图是机械类专业的一门专业基础课程,这门课程的掌握程度对于学生后续专业课程的学习起着重要的作用,而组合体是其中具有特殊性和重要地位的立体,其画法是机械制图课程从画法几何部分向机械零件表达部分过渡的重要环节,也是传统的教学难点。本文以轴承座模型为例,讲解如何利用形体分析法和分步画图法来解决叠加型组合体的画图难点。
Mechanical drawing is a professional basic course of mechanical engineering,the course of master degree follow-up professional courses for students learning plays an important role,and the combination is one has the particularity and importance of stereo,its illustration is the mechanical drawing course from the descriptive geometry transition sections to show mechanical parts of important link,also is the traditional teaching difficulty.Taking the bearing seat model as an example,this paper explains how to solve the drawing difficulties of superposition type assembly by using the form analysis method and step-by-step drawing method.
