基于涡流检测的带包覆层管测厚理论仿真分析

摘要 采用ANSYS软件对带包覆层管涡流测厚信号进行仿真。建立了互感式检测探头模型,选取特定线圈参数,研究激励频率、涂层厚度以及探头提离因素与检测线圈电压的对应关系。研究表明,使用2.5 MHz互感式检测探头,在提离小于0.5 mm时,可实现对包覆层管的涂层厚度测量,保证了检测结果的准确性;涡流检测电压信号的幅值与涂层厚度正相关,可以通过提取电压幅值涂层厚度进行定量表征。该研究结果为带包覆层管涡流检测厚度提供了参考。
