摘要 为了民爆行业高质量发展,推进民爆行业智能制造,工信部和公安部要求尽快推动电子数码雷管应用。通过电子数码雷管在浙江台州楼山隧道试验段爆破开挖实践,介绍了电子数码雷管在试验段的应用情况。通过试爆设计了爆破参数,并对爆破效果、振动速度做了检测,证明电子数码雷管在隧道爆破中可以较好的应用,合适的参数设计,也具有干扰减振的作用。 In order to promote the high-quality development of civil explosive industry and promote intelligent manufacturing of civil explosive industry,the Ministry of industry and information technology and the Ministry of public security require to promote the application of electronic digital detonator as soon as possible.Through the blasting excavation practice of electronic digital detonator in the test section of Taizhou Loushan tunnel in Zhejiang Province,the application of electronic digital detonator in the test section is introduced.The blasting parameters are designed by trial blasting,and the blasting effect and vibration speed are tested.It is proved that the electronic digital detonator can be applied in tunnel blasting better,and the appropriate parameter design can also have the effect of interference and vibration reduction.
