运载器式潜射导弹水面分离运动特性 被引量:3

Separating Kinematic Characteristics of Submarine-Launched Missile near the Free Surface

摘要 基于分数容积障碍法(FAVOUR)、不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程、RNG k-ε湍流模型和VOF函数,建立了自由液面模型并与六自由度运动方程联合求解了运载器式潜射导弹的水面分离运动。通过数值计算结果与实验值对比,验证了计算模型的精度和有效性,进而对不同海况条件以及出水角度下潜射导弹的水面分离运动特性进行了对比研究。结果表明,各工况下运载器与导弹的质心位置、姿态角和轴向速度均处于稳定和发射安全允许范围内。但随着浪高的增加,导弹姿态角散布范围也明显增大。在5级海况下,运载器与导弹俯仰角的峰值达到22°。此外,相同海况下,若控制运载器以10°倾角出水,导弹分离后最终可以获得接近垂直的姿态。本文的数值分析方法能有效地用于预测运载器式潜射导弹水面分离过程。 This paper establishes the free surface model using the fractional areas/volume obstacle representation(FAVOUR)method,incompressible Navier-Stokes equations,Renormalization-Group(RNG)turbulence model and volume of fluid(VOF)function.Then,a set of six-degree-of-freedom equations are proposed to jointly solve the separating movement of submarine-launched missile on the water surface.The accuracy and effectiveness of the above models are verified by comparing simulation results with test data.On this basis,the separating kinematic characteristics of submarine-launched missile under different sea conditions and water-exit angles are investigated.The results show that the mass center position,attitude angle and axial speed of the launch canister and missile are stable and within the safe range in each working condition.However,with the increase of wave height,the range of attitude angles also increases.Under 5 class sea condition,the pitch angle of the launch canister and the missile can reach 22°.Additionally,under the same sea condition,if the launch canister exits from the water with an inclined angle about 10°,the missile will finally obtain a vertical posture.The numerical method in this paper can be effectively applied to the prediction of the separation process of submarine-launched missile near the free surface.
