摘要
在大数据时代,企业能够在海量信息中快速提取有效信息,从而做出科学理性的决策,这与传统研究中基于“有限理性”假设的组织行为相悖,亟待对此展开深入研究。本文旨在探索大数据情境下,组织宽裕和期望对组织绩效的作用,并进一步探究环境波动和制度支持对上述关系的调节作用。实证结果表明:在大数据情境下,组织宽裕和组织期望与组织绩效之间呈正相关;环境波动正向调节组织宽裕与组织绩效的关系,负向调节组织期望与组织绩效的关系;制度支持负向调节组织宽裕与组织绩效的关系。
In the era of big data,firms are supposed to quickly extract effective information from massive information,so as to make scientific and rational decisions.This is contrary to the organizational behavior of“bounded rationality”in traditional re⁃search,which needs to be further research.This study,in the context of big data,aims to explore the effect of organizational slack and organizational aspiration on organizational performance,as well as the moderating role of environmental turbulence and institu⁃tional support on the above-mentioned.relationships.Empirical results show that,in the context of big data,organizational slack and organizational aspiration are positively correlated with organizational performance;environmental turbulence positively moderates the relationship between organizational slack and organizational performance,and negatively moderates the relationship between or⁃ganizational aspiration and organizational performance;institutional support negatively moderates the relationship between organiza⁃tional slack and organizational performance.
