软聚硅酮泡沫敷料在神经外科糖尿病患者伤口修复中的应用

Application of soft silicone foam dressing in wound repair for diabetic patients in neurosurgery

目的研究软聚硅酮泡沫敷料在神经外科糖尿病患者伤口管理中的运用效果观察。方法2019年10月至2020年12月我科收治的需外科手术干预且伴有糖尿病的患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各46例。试验组采用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料方案对伤口进行换药,对照组采用神经外科常用传统干纱布敷料方案换药。比较两组患者伤口愈合等级、愈合时间、患者疼痛评分及满意度。结果试验组伤口愈合等级优于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,疼痛评分明显小于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料能更好地促进神经外科糖尿病患者伤口愈合,明显减轻伤口疼痛及提高患者满意度,适合在神经外科糖尿病患者术后伤口管理中运用和推广。

Objective To observe the effect of soft silicone foam dressing in wound management of diabetic patients in neurosurgery.Methods From October 2019 to December 2020,92 patients with diabetes who needed surgical intervention in our department were divided into control or experimental group according to random number table method,46 in each group.The experimental group was treated with soft silicone foam dressing while the control group was treated with traditional dry gauze dressing commonly used in neurosurgery.The healing grades,healing time,pain and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing grade of experimental group was better than that of control group,the healing time was shorter than that of control group,the pain score was significantly lower than that of control group and patients satisfaction was higher than that of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of soft silicone foam dressing can better promote the wound healing of diabetic patients in neurosurgery,significantly reduce the wound pain and improve the patients satisfaction.It is suitable for application and promotion in postoperative wound management of diabetic patients in neurosurgery.
