什邡市六所小学7~9岁学生第一恒磨牙萌出率及患龋率调查报告

An investigation report on the eruption rate and caries rate of the first permanent molars of 7~9 year old students in six primary schools in Shifang city

目的调查什邡市六所小学7~9岁学生第一恒磨牙萌出概率与患龋率情况。方法采用随机抽样调查什邡市六所小学2324名7~9岁学生第一恒磨牙萌出概率、患龋例数、龋均发生概率,分析其牙齿健康状况。结果调查共计8400颗牙齿。男、女第一恒磨牙齿萌出情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),7岁学生牙齿数未萌出概率与部分萌出概率为3.50%,高于8岁与9岁的学生(2.19%与1.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患龋总人数1007例(53.35%),龋均为1.32[1.06,1.62],龋面均为1.95[1.72,2.21]。不同的性别与年龄中,第一恒磨牙萌出率及患龋率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);仅有31.14%患龋学生接受治疗。结论什邡市六所小学7~9岁学生第一恒磨牙第一恒磨牙患龋概率、患龋牙数发生率较高,且和性别、年龄有关,需要提高防范意识。

Objective To investigate the eruption probability and caries rate of the first permanent molars of 7~9 years old students in six primary schools in Shifang city.Methods Random sampling survey was used to analyze the eruption probability,caries cases and caries occurrence probability of 2,324 students aged 7~9 years old from six primary schools in Shifang city.Their dental health was also analyzed.Results A total of 8,400 teeth were included in the study.There was no significant difference in the eruption of the first permanent molar between male and female students(P<0.05).The probability of non-eruption and partial eruption of the teeth of 7-year-old students was 3.50%,which was higher than that of 8-year-old(2.19%)and 9-year-old students(1.71%)(P<0.05).The total number of patients with caries was 1,007(53.35%),the average number of caries was 1.32(1.06,1.62)and the average number of caries surface was1.95(1.72,2.21).In different gender and age,the caries probability of the first permanent molar was significantly different(P<0.05).There only were31.14%of the caries students receiving treatment.Conclusion The caries probability and caries number of the first permanent molars of the students aged 7-9 in six primary schools in Shifang city are high,which are related to gender and age.We need to raise the awareness of prevention.
