Objective To explore the effect of CogniPlus cognitive training in the treatment of cognitive impairment in patients with secondary brain injury. Methods A total of 110 patients with cognitive impairment after secondary brain injury from November 2017 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given routine rehabilitation treatment+CogniPlus cognitive training while the control group was given CogniPlus cognitive training+BiometricsE-LZNK cognitive training.MMSE and MOCA scores of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,MMSE and MOCA scores were increased in both groups when compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE and MOCA scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CogniPlus cognitive training can improve the cognitive function of patients with secondary brain injury. This method is worth popularizing.
