船用燃气轮机输出轴对中状态监测装置 被引量:2

Monitoring Device for the Alignment Condition of Marine Gas Turbine Output Shaft

摘要 舰船上使用的燃气轮机,在长期运行过程中,其输出轴的对中状态会发生改变.目前采用的复查方法是将燃气轮机与减速齿轮箱之间的高速连接轴法兰脱开,测量其偏斜和平行位移.这种复核方法操作复杂,且影响燃气轮机正常使用.本文提出了一种基于PSD传感器的新型船舶燃气轮机输出轴对中状态监测装置,可在不脱开高速连接轴法兰的情况下随时观察输出轴对中状态,减少了当代船用燃气轮机动力装置反复进行计划维护的工作量,并缩短了周期. The alignment of the output shaft of a gas turbine used on a ship will change during its longterm operation.The current review method is to disengage the high-speed connecting shaft flange between the gas turbine and the reduction gear box,and measure its deflection and parallel displacement.This review method is complicated to operate and also affects the normal use of the gas turbine.This paper presents a new type of marine gas turbine output shaft alignment monitoring device based on PSD sensor,which can observe the output shaft alignment status any time without disconnecting the high-speed connecting shaft flange,reducing the workload and cycle of repeated planned maintenance of marine gas turbine power plant.
