摘要
基于红外测温技术,建立了常温环境中的平板气膜冷却性能试验台,设计了一种离线红外测温的标定方法,解决了实验中红外测量窗口,即红外玻璃受热后的辐射对标定的影响.通过与热敏液晶测量结果对比,证明测量窗口自身热辐射造成的测量误差正比于测量温度与气流温度的偏差,通过标定可以消除该误差,达到与热敏液晶一致的精度.
Based on infrared temperature measurement technology,flat gas film cooling performance test bench under normal temperature is established and a calibration method of off-line infrared temperature measurement is designed in this paper.The effect of the radiation of infrared measurement window,namely infrared glass,on calibration is solved in the experiment.Through the comparison with the thermosensitive liquid crystal measurement results,it is proved that the measurement error caused by the thermal radiation of the measurement window is proportional to the deviation between the measurement temperature and the airflow temperature.The error can be eliminated by calibration,so as to achieve the accuracy consistent with the thermosensitive liquid crystal.
